We like to keep things simple. If you are not happy with something you have purchased from us we'll take it back and refund your money.
Here's how it works:
1. You email us at email@example.com and tell us what you want to return.
2. We will email you back with a printable shipping label.
3. You safely pack up the product along with the receipt, print off the label and attach it to the box.
4. You drop the box off at the Post Office. Or, if it's a large item, we send our shipping company to come pick it up.
But like with anything, there are a few rules (Terms & Conditions):
1. The item must be in its original unused condition and in the original packaging, unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
2. Returns must be initiated within 28 days of the item being delivered to you.
3. Refunds are processed in 2-3 days from the time we receive the returned goods. It may take additional time for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your account.
4. If you paid for shipping this cannot be refunded.
5. We may refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.
